DISTRICT CONFERENCE DELEGATES  FORM

Formula for Lay-Delegate Representation (District Bylaws Article II, A.)

One lay delegate from each full-member church for each 50 members or major fraction thereof.  (1-75: 1 delegate; 76-125: 2; 126-175: 3; 176-225: 4; etc.)  Delegates shall be elected by and from the members of each church or appointed by the church board in case of necessity.  Any change of delegate must be certified by a letter from either the Church Board or the Pastor to the Credentials Committee before seating the delegate in the District Conference bar.  Affiliate Churches and unorganized Church Planting projects may not send voting delegates to District Conference.
