The Missionary Church, in collaboration with Brotherhood Mutual, is equipping our churches, pastors and ministry leaders regarding issues of child abuse. We are encouraging every Missionary church to develop and implement a protection program with the resources provided through this upcoming training.
Volunteer Screening,
including background checks
Completed application, reference checks, interviews, background checks with continuous monitoring.
Policies & Procedure
2 adult rule, 6 month Church attendance, establish & communicate policies & procedures
Monitoring & Oversight
People & system visibility & accountability, designated person in church to record keep, zero tolerance rule, following state law.
